Shipping Information

Once you have made an order and payment is confirmed, please allow for up to 48 hours for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders due to special events are subject to special event terms and conditions on shipping and handling time and may significantly increase our standard 48 hour processing times. Specific information on shipping times can be found during the check-out process.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO – $129.99

International Shipping

EpikGo is required by US law to report proper Custom value for any international shipment. EpikGo is not responsible for any customs, duty or taxes incurred at foreign destinations. EpikGo will not refund or resend any order that was abandoned at a foreign customs location.

 

Out of Stock / Back-ordered

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all the items ordered are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, we will send tracking information shortly thereafter.

 

Estimated Shipping Time Disclaimer

While we do our best to make sure that every package we send out makes it to its destination on time, sometimes things happen. Guaranteed delivery dates are the responsibility of the carrier. It is also the responsibility of the customer to be present (or have an authorized agent) to sign for a package if necessary.

 

General Terms:
By purchasing from our web site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Actual products may have slight aesthetic differences.

 

Items Damaged During Shipping:

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within by email at hello@epikgo.com. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.

 

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from EpikGo, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for refund (to your original form of payment only) if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). EpikGo will repair or replace defective products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the first 14 days. For all returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to EpikGo are the responsibility of the customer. Fill out our online returns form at www.EpikGo.com for an RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

 

Warranty Information:

Each domestic purchase of EpikGo comes with a limited 1-Year manufacturer warranty against mechanical defects (subject to warranty limitations below).

International EpikGo purchases come with a limited 90- day manufacturer warranty against mechanical defects (subject to warranty limitations below).

Warranty Limitations:

This device is offered with a limited warranty. The warranty covers material or workmanship defects that arise with your product due to a manufacturers defect. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer. Please note that the manufacturer cannot be held liable for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of the device.

This product is not a toy and is not intended to be used by children. Minors should use it only under the direct supervision and responsibility of an adult. For your own safety, please read the manual carefully and thoroughly before operating the device. Operate only in legally designated areas. Refer to local laws before operating device.

Domestic Purchases

The EpikGo is covered under a one year limited warranty for domestic purchases. The warranty begins from the original purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship that arises under normal use for one year. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to EpikGo.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, EpikGo will repair the defect by using new or refurbished parts that is equivalent to new in performance and reliability OR exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished that is equivalent to the original product.

Any attempts to modify, repair, or replace the unit or any components of within the device will result in voiding any warranty and lead to malfunctions which may cause serious personal injury

International Purchases

The EpikGo is covered under a 90- day limited warranty for international purchases. The warranty begins from the original purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship that arises under normal use for 90 days. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to EpikGo.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, EpikGo will provide remote support and disburse provided parts for self- repair. Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges. Claims after the 90- day limit must be taken up with the manufacturer.

International purchases will be treated under domestic warranty regulations if customer ships from U.S. and is still under valid warranty.

Limits and Exclusions:

There are no express warranties except as listed above. EpikGo shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. In no event shall EpikGo be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. EpikGo is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

 Refurbished Purchases

Refurbished EpikGo boards are covered under a 90- day limited warranty. The warranty begins from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship that arises under normal use for 90 days. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order from a certified refurbished EPIKGO distributor is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to EpikGo.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, EpikGo will repair the defect by using refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability OR exchange the product with a product that is equivalent to the original product.

All of our refurbished products are inspected and repaired by our certified EPIKGO technicians. Boards are inspected to ensure that any damage caused is the direct result of a manufacturer defect in material or workmanship that can arise under normal use for 90 days.

Any attempts to modify, repair, or replace the unit or any components of within the device will result in voiding any warranty and lead to malfunctions which may cause serious personal injury

State Law Rights:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
